Jeffrey Duchesne
Owner
Jeffrey Duchesne is the owner of Duchesne Services. He founded Duchesne Electric in 2022 and expanded the company in 2026 to include HVAC and plumbing services, creating a full-service mechanical team built on experience and reliability.
Jeffrey began his career in high school as an electrical apprentice and earned his Master Electrician license after years of hands-on training and dedication to his craft. His commitment to quality work and customer service continues to drive Duchesne Services' growth.
Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping with his family. He also proudly volunteers as a firefighter and, alongside his wife and close friends, helps manage the local ice rink during the winter months.
Gary Randall
Co-Owner
Gary Randall is a third-generation plumber with more than 40 years of experience in the trades. He began his career earning his Master Plumber’s license and has since expanded his expertise to include Electrical, Oil, LP Gas, and Refrigeration certifications.
Gary also spent over a decade working as a temperature control technician, bringing extensive knowledge in mechanical systems and system efficiency. He recently joined his son-in-law, Jeffrey, at Duchesne Services, helping expand the company’s mechanical division alongside its growing electrical services.
Outside of work, Gary enjoys camping, hiking, and hunting with family and friends.
Jeremy Duchense
Lead Installer and Programmer
Jeremy is the lead installer and programmer for the Vehicle Lighting & Safety Division at Duchesne Services. He graduated from the Universal Technical Institute in 2005, where he studied Collision Repair & Refinishing Technology.
Jeremy also served 16 years as a volunteer firefighter, where his passion for emergency vehicle lighting design, installation, and programming developed and grew. His experience in the field gives him a strong understanding of safety, visibility, and the needs of emergency responders.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time outdoors and camping with family and friends.
Brendan Coltey
Apprentice
Brendan graduated from Proctor in 2025 and brings a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn to the Duchesne Services team. He is currently enrolled in the Electrical Apprenticeship program at VTSU, where he continues to expand his knowledge and develop his skills in the trade.
Since joining Duchesne Services in January 2025, Brendan has been gaining hands-on experience and looks forward to taking on new challenges as he grows in his career as an electrician.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing at sunset on summer nights.
